It’s no news to anyone who lives on the West Coast that such cities as Portland, Seattle and San Francisco are in the midst of a homelessness crisis, and the issues that are associated with it. A recent TV documentary about the situation for our neighbor to the north takes a particularly grim view, as the title, “Seattle Is Dying,” may indicate. We here in KCMO can learn from their situation…..
